My husband contacted Woodbury Storage today, and was told we were out of luck.
We noticed as soon as the movers unloaded our furniture that it had MICE DROPPINGS on it.
Best storage facility. great service. a little overpriced. but it is clean n safe.

One of my area rugs was chewed, and very soiled.
Completely inconvenient hours for anyone who has a job, the staff is rude, tend to ignore customers unless they're in their face, and have billed me incorrectly multiple times! The last time, I was double billed, I called to report it and ask to be credited back, waited a week, and was told "It'll get there when it gets there, there's nothing we can do. Your bank must be slow." AWFUL SERVICE!
Now I have to replace at least 7 grand worth of furniture.
My husband and I stored several pieces of furniture here from September 2014 until about a week ago.
Our furniture has a mild must and mildew odor.
Neve again. Waste of $. Go elsewhere.
