Petal Perfection did a gorgeous job with our wedding flowers! Michelle and Lou took the time to sit down with us and go over the best options based on time of year, our wedding colors and budget. On the day of our wedding, the flowers were delivered on time (actually a little early) which meant one less thing to stress about. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them!

Everything that is ordered always look different, fresh and beautiful. The staff are always very helpful.

And they never responded to our thank you and tip. Perhaps they didn't need to respond. But that sure would have been great customer service.
Would I use this florist again? Or recommend them? No.
We were happy with the final product -six beautiful arrangements for the tables. But we were less than impressed by the lack of communication. There were no replies to our email. We called the florist to make sure they received our request and understood our order. They had and they did.
I have bought flowers on several occasions. They are kind and friendly. Always willing to work with you. My girlfriend loves the arrangements whether they are delivered or I bring them.
I love this place. They provide the most excellent customer service on top of beautiful floral design. Our first flowers were ordered for a family funeral, but I received several designs from other people that really made me take notice. Now that I have moved out of state, they are my go-to place for gifts and their arrangements LAST.
