Friendly staff
I haven't heard anything good about them. They charge money to use ATMs plus the ATM charges to use it, it becomes a double negative. They charge to keep money in the account, they charge to use the debt card, they charge $35 for a bounced check plus the money it took to cover it, they charge u over draft fees of like $25 instead of just having the card say "decline". Its crazy. I get free use from my bank at all ATM s, the machine is the only extra chrage. In stead of double charging a bounced check they just charge me for the inconvenience of bouncing and I have to right new check when the money comes in. My cards say " decline" when the money isn't there, which I'd much rather have than to 'Think' I have money there and don't then end up with a huge bill later. They have good customer service ppl but alot of inside charges, that what suck.
