I was going to the Gilded Lily jewelry store when I found this old picture frame shop and was lured in by the exquisite frame samples – I had three very expensive and disappointing experiences at frame shops recently and needed to find a GOOD framer, so I thought maybe the fancy frame samples might come with more sophisticated service and I was ready to pay more, just to be satisfied. I brought a colored photo of a relative and I found out that they also have less expensive options and the person who helped me was only interested in figuring out how to give me what I wanted. Not only was she hospitable, professional and accommodating, I could not believe how knowledgeable she was and her design skills were impeccable. I was shocked, frankly. When I walked out the door I felt as though I had been in Europe and was just stepping back into Woodbury. I couldn’t wait to pick up the finished photo and I wasn’t disappointed and I spent less money than the last place I tried. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this frame shop for anything valuable or delicate, but also for more common things like family photos, diplomas and even posters.
